Cuidado que gera dor: uma revisão sistemática

Objective. Describe the nursing care to minimize the pain of burn patients. Methods. This is a systematic review articles which were sought in Pubmed with the following phrase search "(" burn injury "[ti] OR burn [ti] OR burns [ti]) AND (nursing [ti] OR nurse [ti] OR nurs * [ti]) AND care ", found 207 of these were selected 19 that they were to care for burned patient. Only four items were found in full. Inclusion criteria: articles were included that had nursing care for burn patients. Exclusion criteria: We excluded articles that did not meet the research objectives and which were not available in full. After analyzing the articles, the data found will be organized in tables and made the discussion. Results. This chapter is intended to analyze the articles, which are obtained through the search in a database, therefore, the first time the literature review was made to understand thermal injury and their nursing care. Then a table has been made to the organization of care. In a third step we performed the analysis of articles comparing the care where the goal was to bring to light the best care practices to burned and providing better pain relief. Interpretation of the data in this table leads us to verify the repetition of care. The authors of the articles demonstrate the same care in order to address the issues presented in the specific goals. Conclusion. Despite evidence showing similar care, which in the eyes jump is the nurse is in a position where while generating pain in the care of the wound, it is also the relief provider. The importance of the nurse is aware of pain management at all times, be prepared to act, for it is he that is present from the initial treatment to the instructions final patient care.

Objetivo. Descrever os cuidados de enfermagem para minimizar a dor do paciente queimado. Métodos. Trata-se de uma revisão sistemática onde foram procurados artigos no Pubmed com a seguinte frase de pesquisa “("burn injury"[ti] OR burn[ti] OR burns[ti]) AND (nursing[ti] OR nurse[ti] OR nurs*[ti]) AND care”, encontrados 207, desses foram selecionados 19 que se tratavam de cuidados para paciente queimados. Apenas quatro artigos foram encontrados na íntegra. Critérios de Inclusão: foram incluídos artigos que tinham cuidados de enfermagem para pacientes queimados. Critérios de Exclusão: Foram excluídos artigos que não atendiam os objetivos da pesquisa e que não foram disponibilizados na íntegra. Após a análise dos artigos, os dados encontrados serão organizados em tabelas sendo feita a discussão. Resultados. Este capítulo se destina a análise dos artigos, sendo estes obtidos por meio da busca em uma base de dados, por tanto, no primeiro momento foi feita a revisão de literatura para entender um trauma térmico e seus cuidados de enfermagem. Em seguida foi realizada uma tabela para organização dos cuidados. Em um terceiro momento efetuou-se a análise dos artigos confrontando os cuidados onde o objetivo foi trazer a luz as melhores práticas de assistência ao queimado e proporcionando um melhor alívio da dor. A interpretação dos dados desta tabela leva-nos a verificar a repetição dos cuidados. Os autores dos artigos demonstram o mesmo cuidado, a fim de solucionar as questões apresentadas nos objetivos específicos. Conclusão. Apesar das evidências mostrarem cuidados semelhantes, o que nos saltam aos olhos é o enfermeiro está em uma posição onde ao mesmo tempo em que gera a dor no cuidado com a ferida, é também o prestador de alívio. A importância 3 de o enfermeiro estar atento ao gerenciamento da dor em todos os momentos, ser preparado para atuar, pois é ele que está presente desde o tratamento inicial até às instruções de cuidados finais ao paciente.
