This present study aims to present a clinical case report of a patient, male, 17 years old, with hyperdontia, eight supernumerary teeth, seven diagnosed in the oral examination and one in the radiographic examination. The patient and his mother did not believe that there would be any dental solution if not for the extraction of all the anterior teeth to achieve the long-awaited social and aesthetic inclusion within the normality standards in a smile harmony, so an aesthetic and biologic planning was drawn up. sector to solve the problem without the need to use a removable partial denture so young. The beginning of the treatment took place after the extraction of the supernumerary teeth with the installation of the two-dimensional appliance in the Jorge Rodrigues technique, a sequence of Niti wires was used for alignment and leveling, then an open spring was installed to make room for element 12 to be pulled from the palate. After all the spaces were closed in the upper right arch, we began to pull the left upper canine from the buccal bone plate towards the arch. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic there was a delay and the case is not yet concluded.

Este presente estudo tem como objetivo apresentar um relato de caso clínico de um paciente, sexo masculino, 17 anos de idade com hiperdontia sendo oito dentes supranumerários, sete diagnosticados no exame intraoral e um no exame radiográfico. O início do tratamento se deu após as exodontias dos dentes supranumerários com a instalação do aparelho ortodôntico fixo técnica bidimensional prescrição Jorge Rodrigues, utilizando-se uma sequência de fios Nitinol para alinhamento e nivelamento. Atualmente o sorriso do paciente se encontra mais harmônico quando comparado ao início do tratamento, e a autoestima está sendo devolvida a cada passo. Devido a pandemia da COVID 19 houve um atraso e o caso ainda não se encontra concluído.
