Minimally invasive surgery has been used with increasingly frequency in Gynecology. The present study was designed to investigate the safety and feasibility of two minimally invasive surgical techniques, alternatives to conventional laparoscopy, for the treatment of tubal ectopic pregnancy, these being the mini-laparoscopic surgery (MLPS) and single incision laparoscopic surgery (SILS). Total of 18 surgeries, 3 MLPS and 15 SILS. Were highlighted not only the feasibility such procedures without any harm to the patients, as well as the possibility of overcoming the technical and technological difficulties related to such methods through simple and affordable solutions and continuous training.
